At CAM at OIB, our philosophy and approach to property management is a professionally executed method of delivering harmony between property owners, boards of directors, contractors, service providers and managers.  We accomplish this through personal attention, experience and past situation analysis.  Through communication with the Board of Directors and direct communication with vendors and contractors, we feel we can ensure the most cost-effective and efficient operation of an Association.  As the owners and lifelong residents of Ocean Isle Beach, we intend to remain a part of this community and are always looking for ways to protect and improve the property values of the associations we manage. We value the trust instilled in us by our owners and do our best to earn that trust daily.

Owner Portal Registration

Registration will allow owners access to their HOA account, important Association documents, community updates, owner directories and a calendar of events. In addition, work orders and ARC requests can be submitted via the portal.
